I am a clinical social worker specializing in individual psychotherapy with adults. I treat all major mental health conditions, and I have a special interest in working with other mental health and health professionals, as well as individuals wanting support around trauma/dissociation, problematic substance use, and challenges related to a loved one's substance use.

I received my Social Work and Addiction Counseling education from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. I completed the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program (PPTP) through the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute and the Eating Disorders, Compulsions, and Addiction program through the William Alanson White Institute in NYC. I have training in somatic principles, CBT, and DBT.  I primarily practice from a psychodynamic, feminist, and relational lens.
